Should governments provide free public WiFi everywhere?

This will only make roads more dirtier and stinky. Hopeless to see Governments unable to provide free public toilets free of cost.

Instead of relying only on free giveaways, governments should invest in local pad production and subsidise manufacturers to reduce costs. Then provide free access in schools and public spaces where it’s most needed just like how it’s practiced in Scotland.
